What to include
Include the affected URL or component, reproduction steps, impact, only the redacted evidence needed, and a safe contact address. Do not submit real customer data, secrets, or unrelated large files.
Testing boundaries
Do not destroy data, affect other users, perform denial-of-service testing or social engineering, or access data beyond what is required to verify the issue. BUSMUST will acknowledge the report and prioritize remediation by risk.
