Privacy notice

You can browse BUSMUST products, software, and public technical documentation without creating an account. We do not build advertising profiles or provide shopping-cart or cross-device preference features; information is processed only when you choose to use AI answers or submit feedback, as described below.

Search and AI answers

Site search queries the public index in your browser. When an AI answer is requested, the question, page URL, and temporary conversation identifier are proxied to BUSMUST’s self-hosted Dify service; the browser never receives its secret key.

Feedback and attachments

Web feedback requires an email address so BUSMUST can acknowledge and close the request. Environment, version, reproduction information, and attachments are sent to BUSMUST Jira. If Jira is unavailable, encrypted content is retained for no more than seven days; after delivery, message content and email are cleared from the website outbox and temporary attachments are deleted.

Logs and analytics

Security logs exclude feedback text, email addresses, attachment contents, authorization tokens, and complete AI conversations. The website uses lightweight, self-hosted anonymous analytics for page paths, downloads or outbound clicks, locale, and device class. Temporary session identifiers are salted and hashed server-side; full IP addresses and query strings are not stored, and the data is never used for advertising. Anonymous analytics are retained for no more than 400 days, and are not sent when Do Not Track is enabled.
